As of December 24, 2011, Millie's restaurant is closed. During the past week we lost our lease and are no longer open for business.
We are so grateful to have had the chance to work with and know all of you. You made our eight years here a truly rewarding experience.
We especially appreciate the relationships we were able to build with our "regulars" -- and with the new faces that turned up each week. Thank you for sharing your special days -- and your daily lives -- with us. Together we made Millie's something special in Chanhassen.

For the past several weeks we knew that we might not be able to keep our lease, but had hoped to be able to take our time saying our goodbyes to the wonderful folks who made Millie's great. Unfortunately, once the process got started, it moved along much more quickly than expected.
Our official final day of business was Saturday, December 24th. We will miss seeing all of you!
We are unclear about what the path forward looks like, but we are looking for a new space to open and we will keep you informed through this website -- or you can sign up for our newsletter to receive updates via email.
