We are now serving BBQ ribs, pulled pork, and beef brisket. We wanted to offer something unique and wonderful, so after much planning and deliberation, we teamed up with Dem Bones for a great evening meal. Friday evenings only during the winter months.

Our unique breakfast wraps are made with freshly cracked eggs and scrambled with the best ingredients, then rolled in a hot soft tortilla shell.
Our omelets are rolled in a skillet, then finished on the flattop grill, to give a rich golden exterior and a wonderfully light interior.

About Us
Millie's opened in 1986 when Millie decided her homestyle cooking was just what the town of Chanhassen needed. Throughout the years, Millie's has grown up with Chanhassen itself to become a focal point of home-town culture.
Tom & Tom have run the restaurant together since 2003, bringing you the best of from-scratch cooking, traditional favorites, as well as new menu items. In 2006 we opened our doors for breakfast, and we've enjoyed a steadily growing breakfast crowd since then.
